Absolute Best Events was officially founded in 2006 and copyrighted in 2007. However the creator, Stacie Blair has over five successful years in the business and several hundred satisfied clients.
Absolute Best Events is a reputable company that provides outstanding events while keeping the every day budget in mind. We have an extensive list of reviews from our exceptionally happy clients as well as endorsements from our fellow vendors.
Although you will work with Stacie one on one through out EVERY planning aspect of your special day, Stacie does have two assistants who depending on the size of your event will be included in your planning process as well as the coordination the day of your event. Both assistants come from a strong background of sales and banquet catering, as well as event coordination.

We like our engaged couples to think of our team as a friend, or family member who really does have their best interest at heart. Wedding and event planning is something that should be left to the most qualified professional who not only holds credentials, but also has a personality that meshes with yours. It's important that wedding and event planners are people whom you can confide in as they are making the important decisions that will affect the outcome of the single most important day of you life.
As your wedding planner / event coordinator the role we will play is that of a facilitator, mediator, money manager, artisan and constructor of dreams. However, if you’ve ever been a bride, a groom, or even a bridesmaid, you also know the kind of stress involved with planning a wedding or large event. Added to the above description, therapist, sounding board, mediator, and even punching bag, figuratively of course, when frazzled nerves come into play.
As a wedding and event planner we are able to remain calm in the face of adversity. Of course, we are personable as well as good negotiators.
We are the mouthpieces for our clients when it comes to ordering flowers, hiring a band and photographer, finding a caterer, etc. The networking we do holds a very important factor in the way we do business. As the planner our good connections will help ensure that you the client get great deals.
